By commissioning this Artist for any service, you hereby agree to the terms of service below.

💧Payment💧

International payment via PayPal only (USD).

Fund transfer fee charges is included in the price already.

Only send payment when you are told to, not when the commission is being accepted.

Please send payment within 48 hours when requested or else the commission will be automatically cancelled. Let me know if you need more time.

💧Cancelling/ Refunding Policy💧

- The commissioner has the right to cancel the commission if an invoice has not been sent by the artist to the commissioner.

- The artist has the right to reject commission.

- After the payment is received, refund from the artist is not demandable by the commissioner under any circumstances, unless the artist cancelled the commission. Once the work has been started, full refund will not be allowed. If the artist cancelled the commission, only some portion of the payment will be refunded based on the current stage of the commission work.

For non-profit commission:

- Non-profit commission is strictly for personal use only.

- The commissioner must give credit to the artist when in use.

- The artist has the right to use the commission work in any way, as the artist is the creator of the artwork. The artist is free to use the commission in self-promotion and portfolio. The artist is free to print the artwork for sales and distribution. When using, the artist will not misrepresent the original designs.

💧For Commercial Commission:💧

- The commissioner must give credit to the artist when in use.

- The artist doesn’t have the right to re-sell the commission for another commercial business.

- The artist is free to use the commission in self-promotion and portfolio. The artist is free to print the artwork for sales and distribution. When using, the artist will not misrepresent the original designs.

- Purchase of commercial rights to the artwork will be double of the original price.
